Naresh Jain

Advocate Shri. Naresh Jain is the founder and Senior Partner of the firm M/s. Naresh Akshay Legal Services LLP. He practiced the profession of Chartered Accountancy in Kolkata before moving to Mumbai in the year 2003.

Through his dynamic leadership, he has led the organization from the front. Presently, the firm has 4 offices covering the length and breadth of the Country, having offices at Nariman Point (Mumbai), Defence Colony (New Delhi), Alipore (Kolkata) & Bommanahalli (Bengaluru).

He has been involved in several complex Tax litigations and has successfully argued them on behalf of various multinationals and large corporate houses before the Hon’ ble Supreme Court, various High Courts and Tribunals and other appellate authorities.

Taxation Laws are his forte, Direct, Indirect as well as International Tax laws. However, with over 27 years of experience, his practice has also expanded across the fields of Civil, Criminal, Constitutional Laws other Corporate & Allied Laws.

He is a prolific speaker and has held various seminars and conferences across various forums of tax practitioners & professionals. He has given lectures on various subjects ranging from the Benami Prohibition Act, Prosecution under the Income Tax Act, Deductions under Chapter VI-A, Tax planning & others.
